How does the agreement registration process exactly work on Docukart?
One can visit Agreement section after logging in to his/her Docukart dashboard :
- User customizes the agreement Template by entering all the requisite details (or) User can upload his own template of Rent agreement
- User enters the denomination of stamp paper required.
- User mentions the delivery contact details and makes a successful payment.
Docukart gets the document printed on the stamp paper of denomination requested, completes the documentation as per template chosen and delivers it to your doorstep.
Can I get my rent agreement delivered to me within one day?
The standard delivery timeline through a courier is 2-4 working days. However, you can opt for ‘Express Delivery’ option to get the agreement delivered within 24 working hours. The said option is currently available only in Karnataka and Telangana.
I drafted a Rent agreement online on Docukart? Can I cancel it post order placement?
You can cancel your Rent agreement order within 12 hours from the order placement, provided that the said order has not been processed/executed by the team.In case the order is already being processed, there shall be no refund as it implies that the stamp duty is either paid or the stamp paper purchased on your name.
